However, from conception to, and even after, birth, women face many unpredictable challenges, including postpartum depression or difficulty bonding with their own children. These challenges have adverse effects that reach deep into relationships of all kinds, including those with their spouse, other children, and even work.

My desire is to help women reverse these effects. To help them find joy again. To restore their sense of self, self-worth and well being, bringing balance and harmony back into their lives.

My decade of experience as a therapist provides additional expertise with individuals, children and families, and couples affected by a wide range of issues, including mood disorders, substance abuse, and post-traumatic stress. I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, child-parent psychotherapy, and motivational interviewing.
