    Marcy Csuhran, B.S., M.S.W. (candidate) has earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and is in her final months of obtaining her masters degree in Advanced Clinical Social Work Practice. She will begin counseling full-time as a registered intern in the Fall 2017, and will acquire hours towards licensure as a clinical social worker or LCSW. Under supervision, she has obtained close to 700 hours of clinical practice and during that time, she has:


    • Performed psychological assessments for case management agencies
    • Counseled individual clients, and advocated community resources for them
    • Co-facilitated groups on trauma and self harm
    • Became certified as a state-approved DUI prevention facilitator
    • Sat on the board of the Space Coast Mental Health Counselors Association
    • Attended numerous social work, counseling, psychology, and relationship conferences in order to advance her knowledge
    • Spoke at various forums on codependency and addiction issues
    • Worked with local community coalitions on homelessness and low-income housing
    • Organized corporation sponsorships, and solely planned local fundraising events 
    • Worked with other team members at her internship to sharpen her treatment skills, and contributed to policy and procedures implementation


    Interests include: Relationship struggles originating from trauma, loving an addict or alcoholic, and childhood or domestic abuse. I work with individuals through therapeutic methods and social skills training, education on building healthy relationships, grounding techniques, bodywork, and mindfulness meditation methods. My passion is to help clients in their relationships and throughout life overcome past and present blocks to well-being.
